Villa Royal:

(Cleaning €200 for pool&bungalow - instead of €150 as other apartments)
Booking on request, please indicate arrival- and departure date. Please indicate apartment and how many persons.
Exclusive the cost of final cleaning, meet&greet € 150.= . In this amount is also the 6.5% VAT included.
Longer rental period for a special price to be requested.
Upon receipt of your required reservation, we shall send you an Email confirming the availability and cost. Also requesting to settle 50% of the cost to pay in advance. Upon receipt of your deposit, the booking is final. Balance of the amount due, not later than 8 weeks before arrival date. You will receive sufficient information regarding the route from the airport, key collection and entry. In the apartment you will find sufficient information to have a pleasant stay.
Basically everything you might need is available, such as linen, towels, bathtowels. Also WiFi, Satelite Flatscreen TV, Fridge&freezer, Super equipped kitchen, Electric griddle, Hairdryer, Safe etc. Should you miss something, please tell us and we shall take care of it.

Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge up till 12 weeks before date of arrival. Cancellation up till 8 weeks before arrival we have to charge you with 50% of the total amount. After 8 weeks before arrival we have to charge you in full.
