Casa Royal is a lovely house in a small resort, at the corner - many windows and almost full privacy. Both the garden and the built-up area amount to 125M2 each. Environment of village Palm-Mar
Located directly to the beach, sea and Club Bahia Beach with lovely Balinese sun beds. The village itself is very quiet. Actually not touristical, but more residential. However, situated very centrally to the very popular touristic attractions, such as Aqualand, Siam- and Junglepark. Also only 15 minutes distance to Airport Reina Sofia, Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. The typical Spanish local fisherman's village Las Galletas only 5 minutes away. Also up to 4 (!) 18 holes golf resorts within 15 minutes distance. Close to the village boundery you will find the 9 holes Los Palos Golfresort. From the village organized scuba diving. Snorkeling from the beach is of course always possible. Palm-Mar is surrounded by two wonderful natural areas, very suitable for hikers and mountain bikers. The terracotta coloured exterior wall decoration of los Menceyes has been distilled from the natural parks. The village itself is completely flat and easy to walk.
Palm-Mar has a regular supermarket Guai, more than 10 fine restaurants ( all walking distance ) and various small shops.
In 10 to 15 minutes drive you will find famous shops, such as Siam Shopping Centre, Ikea, Conforama, Lidl, Mercadona & Hyperdino.
